    Hi Katelyn,

Do you actually have a fever or do you just feel flushed? I ask because at the beginning I was getting actual hot flashes and have randomly gotten flushed in the face since. I can see and feel my face get really warm, almost like I am blushing. However, I have not had an actual fever during this. I have check many times with a thermometer.

yes the fever is normally 99.3-100.5 off and on everyday...sometimes i check it its 98.6 then when i get hot i check it again and its normally 99.3...but i do get the facial flushes too

    Hi Katelyn,

I really do empathise with you because it was the low grade fever and the hot and cold heat wave rushes which was the most persistent and frustrating symptom for me along side the exhaustion and fatigue. I still had this at 9 months and over, at about 10 months I started to feel things get better, it became after that more like the fever was still there but it was much less intense and it eventually got to the point where it just went away completely thanks to God.

I really want to reassure you that this WILL go away Katelyn - it's very normal for this to be stubborn and to linger and try to hold on like this, but believe me it doesn't last forever and you will be free of it. Taking good vitamins and herbs and drinking plenty of water, eating healthily, all these things can help but it's so frustrating when it goes on so long - just wanted you to know I was thinking about you still Katelyn and praying for God's healing for you - I still believe He is going to heal you completely, I truly believe that in my heart - hang in there. Even though it must be so hard to see it right now, God may well be working on some real good to come out of this horrible time long term, you will be so much stronger and more liberated when you feel well again for having been through this awful time.

I have a fever at 7.5 months. I'm a bit better now though, It seems I get a fever when I am most fatigued, so its a sign to stop and slow down.

oh dang hopefully you start having more good days soon to cope better expecially at work like that..,i also am starting to have some moments of feeling ok at times not completely normal yet but like you said some hours are better than others or some days you feel like crap the whole entire day....i think that means our bodies are finally trying to heal i believe that its just that phase of ups and downs right now until you start seeing more good days

definitely take full advantage of rest on those days off i know its boring to do nothing most of the day but you do need the rest expecially when feeling like that i know when i get dizzy and hot i have to rest alot...still can do things around the house in between resting just try not to overdo it...i feel like a long week of resting could do some good
