Still getting the deja vu

Can anyone say they get this with anxiety? Can anyone explain what the deja vu experiences are like for them? Is this seizures and not anxiety?

Deje Vu is simply the feeling that you have experienced something before. Normally it lasts only a few seconds.
Can you describe what it is you are feeling and why you're worried about seizures?

Hi angel, the feelings I describe can be different, one of the feelings will be I have been through an identical situation before even though it's new it only lasts seconds but it feels like I have been through it all before and everything looks familiar. Also I will be going about my daily life and all of a sudden this will happen out of nowhere with no warning, also sometimes I will get these random memories of dreams in the past from nowhere.
The reason I am saying seizures because if you google Deja vu feelings it all links to epilepsy and seizures and even though I have countless tests and examinations I have read people have been misdiagnosed as having anxiety when actually they are temporal lobe seizures.
This is why I am worried and seizures are my biggest fear in life and constantly on my mind.
Please can everyone on hear advise of put my mind at ease

Plain anxiety is more likely than undiagnosed seizures.
Are you seeing a doctor about your anxiety? Getting that under control a may well help with everything else.

I also have bad anxiety. I also get random episodes of stong deja vu. Everybody gets deja vu from time to time. However, my deja vu usually come with the thought of "OMG I remember this and next week X is going to happen and I am going to die." So the first part deja vu can be normal. The second part about dying is the anxiety of overthinking the deja vu. I have learned to tell myself in those times, "hey if I really did remember this from a dream that's cool" and my second thought is "perhaps this does not mean I am going to die but rather a much-needed life change is coming my way." I try to turn it into a positive. Like you I googled the symptoms and freaked out. Anxiety can mimic just about every disease possible from stroke, heart attack and so on.. Years of this I am still around and chances are you will be too. I notice these events kick in just like a typical adrenaline rush. Just curious what meds you may be on and for how long?
