Still got tingling and pins and needles

Had very low ferritin after bowel surgery, i had an iron infusion a few months ago. My gp said its ok now, didnt give me any numbers. But i still have really unpleasant tingling and pins and needles, which my surgeon thought was due to the ferritin. I See him again at the end of the month. i wonder what he will think of the numbers, i think gp's and specialists have different ideas. I worry that i still have the symptoms, i also have a fast heartbeat, which i had before the iron infusion also. Anyone got any ideas about this.?

HI. Have you had a CBC blood test to check your Hemoglobin and Hematicrit levels? i had a fast heartbeat when these levels were low. Low energy, shortness of breath and paleness too. I deal with low iron too.

They are all over. My gp gave me a vit b injection this morning, although he's not sure if thats the problem, as it wasn't measured the last time, but that's the symptoms of low vitamin B. I'm confused. Be interesting to see what the surgeon has to say. Hes the one that ordered my iron infusion couple of months ago. Thanks for the reply.
