I got sick on Oct 5, 2016 what started out as uncontrolled vomiting, nausea, and upper abdominal pressure for two months, quickly turned into something worse. I got strange left sided body weakness, work out intolerance, hot flashes, extreme panic attacks, lost 25 pounds and haven't been able to gain weight since, blood pressure changes, I am constantly dehydrated even though the test say otherwise, random flares of pain in legs and arms especially around my period, random episode of hand and feet swelling and sweating and burning, extreme fatigue, dizziness, and now constant brain pressure and teeth pain. I have had every test I can think of all come back fine I had a inflammation test but I had it done when I was going through a moment if feeling okay and it came back fine. I dont know what this could even be anymore or what else I can do. My doctor wants to diagnose me w CFS but I dont think thats what this is for sure. Any advice should I retest the autoimmune testing when I have a flare?

I got sick in 1973 and had no treatment at that time. I had traveled to a tropical region and the doctor did not ask the right questions back then.
In 1979 I got severe food poisoning and was not treated with any medications.
In 1980 I got food poisoning again.
In 1982 I got a severe eye infection and my weight dropped to 99 pounds.
From then on I always has health issues.
In 2001 I met a Dr. Drucker in Southern California who had me take a stool test for bacteria overgrowth. He treated me with an antibiotic and anti parasite called fasigyn. Plus diflucan to prevent yeast.
For the first time in years I felt better and could eat more variety without itching all over. Also my chronic eye infections improved.
In 2008 I was under a lot of stress. I believe that set off the acid and the inflammation of the gut got worse. My weight dropped to 94 pounds. It took more medication for weeks and I was able to feel better and eat again and weight improved.
Unfortunately when the medication stops it comes back.
In 2017 I talked my doctor into letting me have Xifaxan for 6 weeks. That drug gives me no side effects and I can work while taking it. I stretched the last week into 2 weeks. After 7 weeks I got better. I have now been on it 550 mg everyday 3 times a day for 10 months. It is the only thing that has helped me long term.
I'm now trying a new drug also since February for atopic dermatitis. It's a shot. Won't know for a few more months.
