You are getting better Hun. You just had a bad moment. That can happens don't let it knock you back. You are still very early in recovery and are coping very well. To be having good days at week 4 means you are doing fabulous, you are on the mend. Take a deep breathe, paint on a smile and tell yourself you are doing great xxx

It does knock your confidence a little Hun. I know. All your hard work hasn't been undone by today. We all have bad days and then the day after it picks up again. I'm not sure if the brands make a difference but I think you did right with the online form.xx

They did with me at first Hollie. It was quite a while before the needs settled enough for me to calm myself the times I had blips. Still struggle now on certain days and I'm nearly week 8 on my meds. It does take time. For me it's always around week 8 that I start feeling I can cope xx

Yes week 4 is still early days.  You might find you'll have moments of feeling ok, then it'll disappear, then it might return for a day or 2 ......... this means you're getting better.  Eventually that feel good factor will stay longer and longer until it's with you permanently.  Recovery often is very gradual, and everyone takes different times.  Each month that went by I felt a bit better each time.  I had 15 years on these and was completely better, came off a year ago and still felt ok, but restarted them 13 weeks ago due to stresses of family illness.  Week 13 and am feeling good again.

When you're in the grip of anxiety or depression, you can't ever see your way out, but it will get better.

    K xx
