Still having horrible symptoms...

Posted , 7 users are following.

For a month I’ve been going through the same awful head symptoms, constantly. It’s all day everyday. Head pressure, lightheadedness, feeling off-balanced. I feel like I’m just gonna fall out and it is so scary. I feel like I’m on a boat. Constant shakiness in my legs and arms and I get so nauseated. I’m so scared I have a brain tumor or something and it’s completely manifested me. I can’t focus on anything. 😦

Hi this is all anxiety. I suffer from this for the past 5 yrs on and off. I've had every test possible and they cant find anything. Do you get enough sleep? Eat right? exercise? We have to ask ourselves all those questions? I suffer from daily dissiness, naucea, headaches, head pressure. When really anxious i get shaky legs........ We have to learn to ignore it. so it goes away little by little. Im still trying to fight this myself. Sometimes its best to have a buddy to talk to so you feel understood and not alone.

Have you had your ears checked or been checked for vertigo? Also, are you eating well? With my anxiety, I don't have much of an appetite, so I feel lightheaded and nauseous a lot when my anxiety is at it's worst.

Prayers you feel better soon. It may be worth a visit to your primary care doctor to check your inner ears and make there's no fluid or to check for vertigo.

    Hello,

I have seen a number of your posts and what I experience sounds almost identical.

'Head pressure, lightheadedness, feeling off-balanced' this describes pretty much how I feel every day. When at home or in comfortable surroundings I have no such problem - it seems as soon as I have to be around others (especially if they are loud or if very busy) the symptoms start and just get worse. At the start of a shopping trip I feel 'normal' by the end of it head feels foggy / dizzy / unreal sensation which I put down to the atmosphere created by some of the other people.

Please check in to see your doctor to arrange for an MRI scan (I had this done) and all was clear. I have been prescirbed a number of meds (currently sertraline) but nothing really seems to ease it for me. I find the best method of relieving the head pressure is by doing activities you enjoy (exercise playing with the dog works for me) and being around people you like.

This may or may not have helped.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm going through something similar myself and it's been crippling! I can barely get through work. Anxiety can do the craziest things. Have you tried any meds? Also, I would recommend getting an MRI just to rule that out. I hope things start getting better for you soon 🙏❤️
