Still in pain 4wks post-op for rectocele repair

Hi there, I'm 4wks post-op from rectocele repair & feel worse now than just after the op. Not doing anything I shouldn't & resting ALOT! Got this awful dragging sensation, still feels like there's a bulge there & a gnawing pain deep in the boney area which actually makes me cry! I'm sleeping ok as it seems to calm down late evening but it's towards afternoon & evening that it's at its worst. Any help out there?
