    Hi Teresa

Thankfully someone else is having the same issues. I'm 3 months into mine and having the exact same feelings. Burning at the incision areas and dragging. The only way i can describe it is that its like carrying a bowling ball around. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy as my womb was too large for keyhole. I also had my cervix removed. Its hard work especially when everyone around you just assumes that because its been 3 months you should be back to full health. I can totally empathise with how you're feeling xx keep going im sure at some point we will come out the other end xx

Thanks Michelle yes it's tough going I know people have said to me it takes about a year to fully recover but it's still quite hard to accept and you often have doubts. I had fibroids and cysts removed first but it didnt work properly so ended up have full hysterectomy 5 months later. so I keep telling myself it's a lot to heal. we'll just have to be patient but not easy. keep mending x

      Hi Teresa

It is a lot to heal. We have to remember everything inside was moved around to get everything out. I put my operation off for a year because of work which i will never do again. Mine was fibroids and adenomyosis.

I think we put too much pressure on ourselves sometimes to rush the healing process and get on. I have never been poorly until this and a very active person. I think we just need to slow down and let our bodies take the time it needs to heal.

Take Care and Take is EASY xxxx
