Still in recovery after 9months, apply for further treatment or give up?

Hi there,
I don't know if you can help me or provide me with your opinion by at the start of this I started experiencing very frequent headaches, pretty much every day and nausea. I began to notice a slight chest pain and the doctors ordered an ecg. The ecg found that I had a sinus tachycardia (which I know isn't serious) However my chest pains died down by my headaches and nausea got worse, I also found that my memory was becoming exceedingly worse (LTM) However this leads me on to my main concern. Late on 31st May this year I suffered either an epileptic seizure(which I suffer from) or a moment of unconsciousness, my ex wasn't sure as it was different to a normal seizure as it lasted a lot longer and I wasn't responsive. After this attack I fell asleep and during the night I woke to go for the toilet. However, when I got up I noticed that I was almost dragging my leg and it kept juddering as if I couldn't connect my brain with my leg. Anyway I didn't think anything of it, when I woke the next morning I was in complete agony and was suffering with a headache like I had never experienced before pain wise on the right side at the front of my head. I was bed bound for almost 4hours. When I finally managed to get out of bed I noticed my left leg still wasn't moving correctly, I just put it down to maybe a pulled muscle although I had no pain present in my leg. When I visited the neurologist he discovered I had weakness in my whole left side, more so in my face than arm. However this has since improved but the leg problem is still ongoing today 9 months later, as well as frequent headaches and memory problems. I visited a specialist and he sent me for blood tests, CT, MRI and a lumbar puncture. They all came back negative other than a high ANA count. Because of this my neurologist has said there is nothing more he can do but refer me to someone else. In the last month I have experienced again very painful headaches to which the left side of my face has drops and after a good 4 hours it returns to normal. I have also noticed that when I sit on my bed either with my legs crossed or out in front of me my left leg from the knee down to my toes goes numb, especially the top of my foot and toes. I can’t wiggle my toes hardly any more either and I have hyperreflexia it just my left leg. I’ve been referred to another Neurologist specialist but my other neurologist made me feel as if I'm either putting in on or its caused by stress because previous tests haven't found anything conclusive. When this all happened I was the least stressed Id ever been as I had finished my exams at university, I had returned home, received good grades and I was in a stable relationship. I'm a 19 year old university student, I mean want girl in the right mind would chose to walk around using a walking stick for 7 and a half months...is this stress a possible explanation or would you suggest I should go see the new neurologist and push for more tests? I just feel so let down by my previous neurologist at how quick he was to palm me off elsewhere and imply something so insensitively. Now I’m just so disheartened about going through the same process of disappointment. I’m so confused about what to do any advice would be appreciated.
