since my post earlier today I decided to take advantage of the strange object seldom seen in these northerly skies and go for a wander along the shore, it was beautiful just me and mother nature, but on the way home had to stop and rest several times, that's a first, and on getting home, jeez I'm knackered putting it bluntly, very short of breath as though some fat person is sat on my chest, and awful pain in my back, presumably lung area. Thankyou all for your earlies messages, much appreciated indeed. Off to the doctors in the morning so pray for some help and guidance smile

Tell it like it is David - every bit of information you can give the doctor. Don't hold anything back - tell them about the pain and all. Say you need help and would like to see a specialist for a second opinion. Whatever helps. You strike me as being very articulate - be your own best advocate.

    Very best of luck.
