Take your personal notes with you, so you can discribe details more fluently, even give them a copy of your list..at least then they have your note/list of symptoms to refer to.  'I did just the same thing, simply becuase you don't recall 'all at once, immediately on the spot, all and everything experienced'...  It's to easy to forget, and so convenient for others to undermine you, and fob you off.

Do make the effort, write your list of issues/symptoms, types of headaches/migrains, tender points, what type of body aches you suffer, duration of flares, how long the last, what mainly triggers them, any burning, volcanic temperatures/freezing fluctuations, crampings, any issues with bladder/bowel, speaking, swollowing, neck/shoulder spine or limb pains and descriptions and the list goes on for some folk, some folks lists are heavier than others at different stages of Fibro.

Also Note when your issues began...  if the symptoms have ever receded or gone into remission and for how long the remission lasts.

Some folk go into remission for weeks/months/years, whilst other don't.  Some folks issues become really cronic, with no reprieve or remission periods.

(that's me now, after only experiencing 2 remissions in my duration of Fibro, both were short brief remissions, just hours)

All the very best LubyLoo.   I mentioned the above only because I am thinking your going for 'Diagnostics' is that right?  Apologies if I'm wrong...

    Take care...smile
