Still same after 3 months

So am still suffering with this dizzness like been drunk room spinning and when I walk am off balance and at times when sat down feel like am wobbling side to side and have no strenght in my legs can barely stand up for long I have had blood tests ecg and mri everything is fine waiting on a appointment with my neurologist my question is does this get any better

    I have had this for two years.  Woke up one day violently sick and room spinning like carousel.  Loss of hearing in one ear which has gradually returned but with tinnitus.  Main problem is trouble walking.  Cannot deal with uneven surfaces, darkness, shining surfaces or fluorescent lighting.  Changed my life.  Doctors call this uncompensated and no one seems to be able to help.  It makes me anxious and weary but will not give u trying.
