Still the same......

*sigh* at my last week's weigh in I hadn't lost anything, so I did what people said, changed my foods around a bit, did more exercise (2 Aquafit classes in a week! That's amazing for me), drank more water. I haven't gone anywhere near crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cakes, and I've even totally avoided eggs and oil.

I've been using MFP and sticking to 1200-1300 calories a day.

And yet when I stood on the scales today, I'm exactly the same as last week! That's now 2 weeks with no loss!

And then you read that some lucky people have lost 11lbs in a week. I'm very happy for those people, but why on earth is it not working like that for me????

I measured myself today, as some people say you see the loss more on a tape measure, so we will see next week.

    Hello

i have said this countless times but we all lose weight at different rates. Anything is better than PUTTING ON WEIGHT!

I have seen some posts on here with people asking what others eat- just because they lost weight eating those foods does NOT mean you will have the same results (i know you didn't post this i was just saying!)

Stick with it believe me anything is better than putting it on even STS is a bonus!

Thanks Britney, I knew i could rely on you to cheer me up! Now all I need is someone who's been in this situation to tell me of their amazing loss in week 6 and I'll be fine!

Right, off to Sainsbury's now to get some yummy BGTY food, and I will park on the far side of the car park so I have to walk further!

Don't worry about not losing, I went two weeks without losing an ounce and then it kicked in again. It is hard to stay motivated when it happens but keep in mind staying the same is the better option compared to putting it back on!

My equality training kicked in when I read your post about your BGTY food, for a minute there I was thinking Bi, Gay, Transgender, what's the Y for? What food would that be? Then I realised it was Be Good To Yourself... lol

Well BGTY and stick at it, it will work and you will lose weight again.

I feel the same but only been taking the tabs for a week I did have a not so good day yesterday and after that not putting on is a great thing but I didn't get any side effects so am still not convinced they are working for me. Feeling really down hearted and want to cry as like you I see that people losing loads in there first week or so and I lose nothing. Have today started using my fitness pal app to see if I can watch the calories as well as fat although it tells me I can eat 1800 calories a day??

A typical day if malted wheats with skimmed milk and sweetner for breakfast a coffee and cous cous with some chicken and sweetcorn and a 10 calorie jelly.

Tea tonight is from the  freezer so hopefully something in there that's Ok will be a bonus.

    Here's hoping.

Hi im exactly the same as u, dissappointed that ive not lost bigger amounts, ive had 2 weigh ins and lost 5lb each time then read people loosing stones or 11lb etc, i am struggling to find out why im not loosing that much xxx

Im feeling really disheartened too tbh after a minimal loss at my first weigh in (after I thought I had lost more) ive pretty much stayed the same!  Im 15stn 3 (by my scales) all I want is that blummin 3lb off so I can say im 14stn something lol. Been on long walks not eaten over 1300kcals at all drumk plenty of water yet not budging.

Im pleased for those that are loosing but dear god I wish it was me!!!!!!!!!! :'(

Could give up the way im feeling today.

It's not easy, it is hard, if you are disheartened now what would you be like if you stopped? Trust me you would be annoyed at yourself. Stick with it, the tablets do work but you have to work with them, give them time, everyone is different. You shouldn't compare your weight loss journey with anyone else, it's not going to help you. Keep going we are all here to support you!

      Thanks adam.

Im not comparing im really not, it's just so odd. Ive lost more than this on a normal diet in a week or two.

Few personal problems are mounting up also which aren't helping.

I will battle on through and hopefully Monday when I weigh myself again ill see even a small change.

Thanks for the encouraging words x
