    Hi Demi,

First of all, know that nothing is wrong and everything is OK. Its just panic and nothing will happen not now or on the long run.

What I like to do in these situations in occupy myself; play PC games, call a friend, do anything basically that can take my mind off completely.

It will be hard for the first 5 or 10 minutes but once your mind is completely off it you'll be fresh as new.

    Best of luck Demi!!

Hi Demi, Yes, this is very common and happens to me everytime. After a panicky situation I get so lethargic and its normal. Your body just needs to regenerate. Relax a bit and you'll be good soon.

Demi go on you tube and look for relaxation videos, they really help.  Try and practice deep breathing exercises regularly and whenever you feel the anxiety bad.

I have lost a stone in the past month I can’t eat much either but this will settle down soon.   Try and have a cup of tea and a bit of toast, if you aren’t eating that can make anxiety symptoms feel worse with low blood sugar.
