Still tired???

Hi!

Hope everyone is doing better!?

I lowered my dose since 6 days from 50mg to 25mg.

I take it around 4 pm.

Im able to sleep with no big trouble but I still wake up tired and carry that during the day.

My anxiety is less present then it was at 50mg (for 3 weeks).

I only get a bit dizzy after my med intake in the end of day and night.

So my questions.

Does the dizzy feeling will go away?

And, the tiredness? Will it be better to take it later or sooner in the day?

I know 25 is low but Im med sensitive !

Thanks xxx

Yess I take my med around 4pm.

Take clonazepam between 0.125 to 0.25mg around 9 pm.

Go to bed at 11pm and wake up around 7 or 8 am.

    Hi Lolita,

I found 50 mg to work well for me, at 10 wks in it just gets better! Very little to zero anxiety

Re the dizziness, I still feel it from time to time, especially an hour or two after taking the med. I take it when I get out of bed first thing in the morning. I sleep great now that cordisol and adrenaline are out of my system from lack of panic attacks.

For me, the dizzy mornings are ok because my days are blissfully anxiety free. Hope your dizziness goes away by taking the lower dose.  I am amazed that I keep feeling better.

    Hugs, - kat

Well do not worry its certainly not lack of sleep , if that was me i would be over the moon i suffer from insomnia, if i got too much sleep i would wake up drowsy, it could be the drugs you may only be on a low dosage, but you have had it in your body a while, until you stop all drugs and maybe a week later , then you will know, but to be sure have a word with your doctor, tiredness could be many things , food, lack of exercise, fresh air is great for perking you up, i am no professional so this is just some advice

      Thanks for the reply!

Actually, I will stay at that dose cause 50mg was making me feel worse and drugged!

Maybe its still not making it full effect!

      Blood test are fine.

Was on prozac before and had a hard time falling asleep. Maybe its my body recuparating from that!?

Since going to zoloft my sleep has improve. But still feeling tired at 5 weeks. Hope it goes! And I am only at 25 so that might help!
