Still worried

Hi all I hope everyone is doing good

I had my operation 4 weeks ago I had thre large hemoroids cut and rest in rubber band 

I had my 1st check up with specialist last week and I talked to him abt everything and he said it’s all normal 

But I still get wory

I am going on plane next Sunday to see my family and trip is 24 hours so I am stressing how am I going to be with out my shower and bath I am pain ok but still not feeling comfortable alter number 2 and still bleeding when I go to toilet 

Can anyone suggest me what to do or dose everyone experience bleeding still after 4 weeks I am so scared of bleeding even that specialist said it’s all normal
