    Good Evening Mike

    Sorry for your problem.

Men have been deal with this type of thing for years. I had a Urolift almost 4 year ago still wide open . Now I have a tight external sphincter. I'm on Vasicare to relax the sphincter and it also helps the bladder neck.

I ran out of my pill and can get them till I get paid. The last few days have been very hard. Having trouble going to the bathroom Yesterday was bad. I ever did CIC on my self all day it was burning when I tried to go.

I would go back to the doctor and have him check everything. If it is not the prostate it has to be something in that area. Also you can't rule out prostatitis.

    Good luck..................Happy Holiday.....................Ken

hey brother! happy holidays to you too! i just cant seem to understand the sudden onset of this.

i really hope everyrhing goes back to normal as the physical sumptoms arent too bad and i realized alot of the urinary incontinence is due to my anxiety as when i wait a good hour or 2 before i pee the feeling is pretty normal and flows well.

do you know how your situation started? i cant believe such a minor issue can cause such long term pronlems, i hope for me and you we find a solution to this soon

i have masturbated multiple times a day since the onset of this issue so i will try to take a break from fapping for as long as i can and pray to god the irritation will go.

also, if i took cipro for 10 days why cant i rule out prostatitis?

Mike, you seem to have a few different things going on here that you need to get sorted out. As you have suggested yourself, and in my own experience, if you are masturbating frequently this will not be helping what it is you have going on. I know it is difficult to change this, but taking 3, 4, or 5 weeks break would likely see a change to the total situation you have. I know this would likely stretch your will-power beyond all recognition, but the effort will do you good.

I would go see a Urologist, either get your Regular Doctor / GP to refer you to one, or if you live in or near a large City Center, go along to a Walk-In Sexual Health Center and ask to speak to a duty Urologist .....

hey man! thanks for the reply, seems like i had a cut inside as fasting for 2 days and refraining on how many times i went to the bathroom and ehaculated seemed to have healed it all up.

discussed all my xonxerns with a doc and he agreed that rough oral sex and masturbation couldve easily caused the tear.

std and urine test came back perfect so rhat way my last option.

glad to be back to normal wishing you a happy new year!

I'm guessing that this is cause by rough oral sex I've had a week ago. what did you do to bring it back to normal did you take any medicines? please help brother.
