Stinging on left side if neck???

Ok so last night I was at work and all of a sudden I started to feel like this stinging on the left side of my neck. It was not debilitating where I held my neck and fell to the ground. I didnt have any other symptoms with it, but it is concerning. I have anxiety so this fuels my fear. Anyways the stinging itself last maybe a second, but i felt it like 2-3 times; like sting...sting.......sting (sorry only way i can describe it rolleyes).

I've been feeling it periodically since last night. Idk if i felt it in my sleep because it didn't wake me up soo.

Anyways i have a fear of stroke (because my dad had a stroke) and heart attack even though my doctors say im not at high risk.

I attached a picture. The red is the general area where I've been experiencing the sting and the blue circle is where I was experiencing what seemed to be muscle tightness/soreness a few days ago.

Not sure where you are? Uk or USA but try and get hold of some Teatree Oil Thursday Plantation Brand authentic.. Bright Yellow Green label.. Bathe the sting with the neat TTO it will help to dispurse the poison. and over days it will reduce and weep bringing out the foreign matter.

It could be a neurological problem such as a trapped nerve. It is probably worth asking a doctor about it though.

    Howdy

I would see your doctor, even if this just rules out certain conditions. It does sound like a nerve problem, but you can not be sure, so please get it seen too.

Let us know if you ever find out exactly what it is.

    Best regards

prob a simple strain on the sternocleidomastoid muscle, i would search it in google and try doing some simple excerises that relax that specific muscle.
