Probably a reaction to something you are eating. Maybe gluten, wheat or yeast. Another one is diary. Cut one out for 6 weeks and see if it helps.

It's simply gas. People always under estimate the havoc gas causes. It can make you feel all kinds of f**ked up. Gas can so bad, it can even make you feel you're having a heart attack.

Gas lingers a lot. In addition to that, sometimes if you use certain anti-gass mediation such as "Gas-X," it can even make the gass worse.

In fact, that's one of the reasons why I DO NOT AGREE THAT PEOPLE SHOULD HOLD THEIR FARTS IN. They need to come out.

I would go to your doctor and get tested for celiac and ask about non celiac gluten intolerance  Ask for an ultrasound to see if you have ovarian cysts and enquire about IBS.

You could cut out wheat based products and grains. Common culprits are couscous, farina, barley, oats, certain types of spices and pasta. However, a more extensive list of gluten based products and food substitutes can be found on google.
