Stomach/ abdominal pain with anxiety?!

Posted , 4 users are following.

So I have severe anxiety and today I noticed a bit of pain on my lower right abdomen more down like near hip and it’s just there but it’s not very strong . At times it’s bbarely noticeable and at time it feels like a poking kind of pain . It’s making me anxious . It started when I felt like going to pee and I just felt the pain in the lower right of my stomach. Anyone else ? The more I think about it the more it’s there .

Have you seen your doctor? Is your urine clear or very dark ?

It sounds like a uti. I've had many off and on throughout my life. Doctors aren't really sure why I get them, but if you go in, they'll give you antibiotics and you'll feel much better in a few days... If that's what it is.

Yeah it’s like this lower right pain which made me instantly think appendicitis but the pain isn’t that terrible to be that. Plus I’ve got the frequent urination. The pain is more like I’ll feel t then it’ll go away and then come back . It’s a bit difficult to explain. But now I can’t sleep bc I’m panicking ....

Its probably cramping. And I know it's hard, but try to stay off the net searching what's wrong. I've gotten many panic attacks obsessing over what could be wrong. But get some cranberry juice and drink lots of water. I hope you get to sleep soon!

Maybe but I got off my period a week ago. Either way I’ll stay off the internet and thank you!
