stomach and lower back pain

I have pain in the stomach and lower back pain on the left side near the spine, sometimes diarrhea, sometimes constipation, nausea and belching.

I did a gastric examination with barium and the result was fine, but I noticed in one picture something suspicious about the place where it often hurts ( lower back pain on the left side near the spine). What it can be and whether it can cause these problems.

It could just be a gap in an area that didn't pick up contrast well. If it were suspicious to them, I'm sure you would have heard about it.

Interestingly enough, I'm having the same symptoms you described, minus the nausea. My pain can also be in the mid-back, as well. Feels like a stomach ache in my mid back and the spot near my spine on the lower left side of my back is tender and sore. How long have you had this?

For a long time. Periodically. Sometimes stops completely, sometimes for a few weeks, sometimes a few days, and has nothing to do with food. 20 years ago I had an unbearable onset of pain, I was bending over with pain, and they associated it with my kidneys. Since then, this has been happening to me periodically although ultrasound is fine, there is no sand in my kidneys.

I think they may not have paid attention to the picture because they were looking at the stomach and there were 15 more shots, but this one only shows that the other shots did not cover this area. so they may have missed it.

Sometimes all day long I have the false feeling that he will drive me to the toilet. Afternoon, it calms down, and I go to the toilet normally in the morning.

I don't know if I've typed this well I'm using google translate, I hope that you would understand

It sounds like you have IBS. Don't worry about your scan because it came out normal. If your specialist had seen anything on the scan you would have been told.
