    You're probably not going to like this, but I've found that cutting right back on caffeine drinks, alcohol and chocolate has really made a huge difference to me.   Tummy bloat is noticeably better.  Notice I say, 'cut back' and not give up all together - you've got to have something to help you through this :-)

    hi i suffer from ibs and now its worse with meno so what i do is i drink grated ginger in oiled water drink befor bed, and i have a aloevera pill befor bed to.

    i think the bowels become very slugish wile going tnrough perimeno and as i have ibs it seems alot worse.

    i drink fennel tea to.

    I don't have bloating but i do get crampy, and a lot of stool problems

    yes i have had bloating problems it does go away but i have notice i get more indigestive issues more now since menopause one day i can eat something and i am fine the next time i eat the same food it's heartburn and i look in the mirrior my bellie is bloated then i look again it's gone lord why do women have to go through so much
