Everyone suffering from IBS..well i know myself i feel like im suffering a stomach bug every week!
When it gets really bad, it called a flare..which can last for 1-4 days depending on how severe it hits you..
A flare can feel like a stomach bug because of the weak feeling you have inside..
Ask the doctor for more advice if this is a reoccuring issue or if it is just a stomach bug.
Hope it feels better soon

Oh sounds like a stomach bug then.. Well lucky you've come here because I'm kinda and expert at stomach remedies to feel better
1. Lemon and ginger- whenever you like.. Generally before and after meals
2. Peppermint tea - before bed
3. Electrolyte drinks - sports drinks or hydrolyte which contains potassium to get those fundamental electrolytes back into your system
4. 1 tea spoon of apple cider in a glass of water for upset stomach
5. Regular small meals, try to keep your meals regular and small to avoid the sick feeling. If you can't stomach food at all.. Try eating plain crackers not too many though that will make you worse
Hope you feel better soon

For dizziness..
I know my grandmother suffers from that and peppers & tomatos really set her off and make her feel dizzy for a while
So maybe cut down on the peppers and see how you feel ? It may not be it but give it a shot?
There are certain foods that can react in your body that can make you feel like that.
Or maybe it's just the virus trying to rid itself
None the less, the best thing to do is to drink plenty of water especially if it's dehydration.. Try the sports drinks- because it has electrolytes, which replace the ones lost that creates the dehyrdated feel that you have. So try drinking those aswell also to help not ony with dehydration but also to give you that little energy boost you need
Id take te usual panadol/ asprin ? Have they worked for you ?
