Stomach burn from Bipolar medicines

My mom has been prescribed Risperidone and Trihexyphenidyl tablets for her Bipolar disorder but she claims she gets severe burning sensation all the way from the stomach to the throat after eating them. She reported this on 2 consecutive days and I'm too scared now to make her take just one of the tablets to find which one is causing the problem. Does anyone know which of these two drugs is more likely to cause the stomach burn, so that we can ask our doctor for an alternate prescription?
