hi hannqh,i was told the single very important thing that stuck when i was told i had ibs - that was this - if your bowel habits alter with ibs see your doctor, there could be something a miss. ring your doctor's explain what you have and see what they say, good luck!

hi Hannah,i have had this situation before. you either can tackle this by: writing s letter into your doctor's, stating how bad this is. or you could try ringing 111 day you can't get in to your doctor's then ting your doctor once you've spoken to the 111 service, but lay it on thick. coronavirus or not doctor's are trying to help people.

It sounds like you are having a stress related IBS flare up. Bowel habit change is a common feature of IBS. I wouldn't worry ; try distraction techniques instead. Worry aggravates IBS.

    Hi all,

This information is good as i am suffering with sever health anxiety majority of my life and have confirmed a few months ago via my few doctor visit. Light headedness and recurrent thoughts about death was the initial symptoms but generally wasn't feeling too well.

Ecg, Urine, liver, kidney ,head MRI ,CHEST XRAY AND CBC test done with the only significant notice of high triglycerides.Given medication to start reducing same.

Also given prozac and rivitol to deal with anxiety. ( Haven't started the prozac and rivitol is occasionally)

However a few weeks ago got a dull pain in my upper stomach that left for a while but came back and is here consistently. Have some weight loss , nausea and also loss of appetite.

Stool seems constipated and for the past 4 days when.i was able. to eat spicy foods my stomach will pain a bit.more and once this cycle sets in I worry daily about it whilst checking all these symptoms and what it can mean. So afraid to go back and check the doctor for fear if bad news...

Kinda quit my 8 a day cigarette habit yesterday and stopped drinking heavy about 4 months now...

I'm just so confused and unhappy right now.. AND HAVE A UNREALISTIC PHOBIA FOR THE ONE PERSON WHO CAN GUARANTEE ME IM OK . Doctor.

Keep me in yall thoughts and prayers.
