hey Kim yes I had it for 3 years now. some months I'm fine and now I'm bloated, I get a lot acid reflux had endoscopy all clear. My bowels have changed and I've got a colonscopy now. It's a nightmare and my right handside kills at night so I've got another liver scan. It's all too much. I take probiotics and antiacids when I cont cope.

aww bless you. I've also got major brain fog! I've been out today to do some errands as I came down with a nasty flu
My head has been pounding all day and I'm so tired. I think I have one day where I feel normal out of the month!!!!
So your bowel issues are what now? describe the changes? I used to be regular then I started to get constipated which then caused more issues I.e hemorrhoids and anal fissures and lots of blood! hence a colonscopy to check everything properly up there!
some weeks I'm regular and have to go quickly in the mornings!
So fedup

hi kim
i am 53 same post menopause as you.
My stomach isnt 24/7 it gurgles differnt times of day and night. EXCRUCIATING gas cramps, the constant insomnia keeps me aware of it at night when i SHOULD be sleeping and getting a break from the utter hell of menopause. . nausea sometimes. vomiting dry heaves at times. So sorry you suffer this, all day long.
im here for you.

I have been having some stomach issues the last 3 weeks, gassy, crampy, etc.
It really has affected my mood as well. In February I started regular exercise and trying to eat better and now my stomach is having issues. It seems like I try to make a step forward and then it stalls. Its exhausting emotionally. I need to lose weight, so tired of excuses but dramatic ups and downs of perimenopause are overwhelming at times. to help with my stomach issues I take ginger and sip on tea with honey. I miss my morning coffee and have stopped drinking carbonated waters.
I had simlar issues with my stomach a couple of years ago, got a gi check up then. Its like a merry go round in so many ways.......

i have the exact same thing. On the left side and if i press it it makes a noise. Constant trapped air, nausea and an uneasy stomach. Exhausted too.
