Stomach issues

Hi. I am a 29 year old female who has been battling heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pain for years. I have been on a few different types of medication for heartburn. The only thing that seems to help is chewable gravol. I take 2-4 tablets a day in order not to be nauseous. Recently had an endoscope. Negative for h pylori. Diagnosis is non specific chronic inflammation/ regenerative epithelium. Also noted lymphoid aggregate formation. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

Any thoughts on gluten intolerance???  I had severe bloating, constipation, and double-me-over kind of pain with 5  years of tests after tests, and trial medications, etc....  even had two surgeries to remove gall bladder and ovaries in case for some reason they were the culprit.  They were NOT.  I finally removed gluten and raw veggies from my diet.  I have been able to resume eating salads again and raw veggies after 5 years of avoiding them.  But, too much gluten and I'm in trouble.

I've been tested for celiac disease and it was negative. But maybe it's worth getting checked again or just trying a gluten free diet. Thanks for your reply!!

I was also tested negative, but a LOT of people are being found to not be able to digest it.  I think it is because wheat has been SOOO modified over the many years that the original forms are very hard to find.  I was AMAZED at how quickly the bloating left.  It can be mind boggling trying to cut it out, but I just cut out the "obvious" forms, and it made a world of difference.  No breads, pastas, or anything of the sort.....  unless it is "gluten free"....

      keep me posted!
