Opremazol is not anti-sickness tablet, but seems to be a PPI, that reduces acid stomach.

Did you try products like Ibarogast or Mastic Gum yet? Please look for it on google.

IBS can affect you every day. I had constant, daily symptoms for three and a half months before I was diagnosed with IBS after many negative tests. After this, my IBS reverted to come and go symptoms. I had abdominal pain that moved about, four different types of pain with constipation and bouts of loose, urgent stools. I also had nausea and back pain but no loss of appetite. Everyone is different with IBS.

    Hi Kirsty,

IBS can effect you in many ways and there could be several causes. What Doctors don't tell you is that a scope procedure, does not scope the entire length of your intestines. They can only scope into your stomach area, and only your large intestine. Also, some cancers when they start are the size of pencil tips. So imaging isn't always accurate until your case is a acute. I'm not saying you have cancer, I'm just saying that imaging tests are not always accurate until a case is severe.

I too suffer with nausea on a daily bases, I recently had a flare up of colitis, was vomiting everyday 3 or 4 times and diaharrea 15 times per day. I had not eaten in 3 weeks. I'm currently taking antibiotics, trying to, ondansetron (zofran) for antinausea. I'm still on the mend.

Your stomach could be swollen because of the vomiting and/or food allergy. There could be another issue as well. I would seek an additional opinion, another Specialist, because it sounds as if your current doctor is not taking you serious.

I have been through a lot of doctors and it took me 3 years to find a GI doctor who knows what he is talking about and doing.

Try eating crackers and broths, light foods. Just a little at a time, every hour. Get another doctor, seek a second opinion. Drink water as you can tolerate it. You can try ginger ale, or a spoon full of baking soda in a glass of ice water. It's an old remedy, basic chemistry really, the baking soda neutralizes stomach acid. If your vomiting a lot, it will not burn your throat as much.

I wish you the best of luck and feel better soon.
