Stomach pain

Have been having bad stomach pain for the past few days.  Feels like its the muscles in my stomach almost feels like I have done 1000 sit ups.  Any body else feel like this also have bad pains in my legs.

    Yes going through this now. My stomach has been hurting me on the left lower side and in upper thighs. But I'm currently on my period so I imagine that is the reason.

    I have that to also my lower back on the left side am having physiotherapy for it at the moment.

    Yes I have, can't eat things just go right through me even bland rice i feel like stopping my medications don't know what to do
