so I've had stomach pain for pretty much 6 years now.

so it started in 2016, it was on and off. then 2017 pretty much the sam.e 2018 It was persistent so I said lets go to the doctors. Doctors said it was IBS and they gave me mebervine and buscopan. it did not work. my aunts have IBS they have this medication and it helped them but for me it had no effect. so I pushed for a scan. then I went for a scan and it detected gallstones. They gave me a medicine to try and break the stones for about 2 years friend that. the pandemic had hit and I kept pushing for surgery because the meds were not effective. then 2021 I had my surgery finally in august. you may think the pain has gone. No, the pain is still persistent on my right side. bloodworms fine.i eat and go to the toilet but the pain is still there. its a sharp stabbing pain. I added more protein in my diet and cut any junk or fatty foods out. it still hurts and idk what to do.I had an MRi it showed nothing so what can it be? pls help me
