Stomach pain for more than a year.

I have an issue that lasts for around a year. After a meal, I feel discomfort in my stomach (upper part) and it lasts as long as my food digests there and moves further into intestines. The discomfort usually starts 10-20 minutes after a meal. I can describe the feeling in the stomach as if I am still hungry but not really because it slightly reminds burning but I cannot describe as burning as well. If I eat some extra food on top of what I had already then I feel better for roughly around one minute. Then I may feel the symptoms heavier.

The usual pattern is that I wake up and have a breakfast that usually consists of 2-3 boiled eggs. After that meal, I feel just slightly heavy and I do not pay much attention to that. The discomfort disappears in 20 minutes. After 2 hours I have 2 full-grain rye bread pieces with some salmon or meat on top of it with butter or avocado. After that, I feel slightly heavier than after eggs but it still more or less okay and it ends in 20 minutes. After 1,5-2 hours I a meal that usually consists of some meat, salad (green stuff, tomatoes, maybe some broccoli or cauliflower) and a side dish (potatoes, rice, barley pearls or something else). After 20 minutes I feel the symptoms that I have described in the previous paragraph. They last from an hour to four. Depends on how much food and what type of food is in my stomach. If I eat half the portion then the symptoms are lighter and time is less. But if I eat less then I get hungry again faster.

After 4-5 PM I start feeling that my stomach bloats and gases build-up that makes me want to fart. In the morning I feel perfect. Nothing bothers me, everything disappears.

I have visited multiple doctors - dietitian, gastroenterologist, homoeopath. First two do not see any issues, but with the last one, I am continuing to use medications. I have done fibro gastroscopy and the same thing for the rectal part. My stomach was slightly irritated and I have an issue with my oesophagus closing properly (test done in 2019). My rectal part has no issues. The analyses of my feces do not reveal any issues. I have a history of problems with my stomach. I had an ulcer duodenum which I cured (in 2014). I am 27 years old.

Also, my father has died from stomach cancer and one of my grandparents died from oesophagus cancer.

Overall I can say that this pattern is also not very consistent. My stomach may experience these symptoms heavier or easier. They may be absent during weekends or vacations. A small dose of alcohol soothes the symptoms.

Also, I have used medications to decrease the acid levels but all they do is hurt me even more.
