Stomach pain for weeks, help!

Okay so this is going to be a long explanation.. I am 22 years old, and a little overweight. So last month I started the keto diet (very low carb diet) I was feeling great and losing weight. About two weeks in to my diet, i started noticing that i wasnt having as many bowel movements as I usually do and that i was becoming constipated. i tried incorporating more fiber in my diet but it didnt help. A couple days later my stomach was not having it, so i drank some magnesium citrate to try to get everything out. I also stopped the keto diet because i felt like that was why i was constipated and in pain. The magnesium citrate did give me diarrhea but i felt like it didnt clean me out as well as it should have. Days went on and i thought i would get better as i kept having diarrhea here and there. My stomach started hurting to where i was uncomfortable all day. Finally, i decided to head to the doctors and they ran blood and urine test and told me i had a bladder infection and sent me home with antibiotics for 5 days. I took the antibiotics and felt okay for those 5 days but my stomach still hurt. The day after I stopped taking them because i was finished, my stomach started hurting again and i was getting chest pain and at night i had really bad nausea, but no vomit. I tried sucking it up but I had a lot of tummy pain so 3 days later I went to the doctors again and they did more blood test, urine test, and a ct scan with contrast on my abdomen and pelvic (because when the doctor was pressing down on my lower left abdomen, it REALLY hurt) , but all test came back normal and sent me home with no medication. Now, my stomach feels bloated. Its bubbly quite often (but not all the time). I burp and fart a lot. and I still have diarrhea when i use the restroom. But i feel like i dont poop everything out, i strain when i use the bathroom and feel like i still have more poop but cant get it out. (but when it does come out its not solid) i have no had a solid bowel movement for a whileee. I have back pain, my tummy aches all day, i feel like i have gas or air trapped inside or in my chest sometinee too. and i just feel so uncomfortable all day, i get headaches every day, and i cant get a good nights rest. i literally wake up around 5 times a night. I have been feeling like this for about 3 weeks now and I just want to feel normal again, I want to feel okay. Feeling like this is causing me anxiety because i dont know whats wrong with me and the pain is affecting my personal and social life. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Or what it could be? Thanks in advance for reading this.

my suggestion is simply go back to the way you eat before for a week and see what happens.
These diets, more often than not, does harm to your body.
Losing weight is about (in most cases):

Okay, give it a couple of more weeks.
Get a lot of sunshine, rest, and drink only water.
Do not worry, give your body the time to recover.
If in 2 weeks nothing changes, consider other options.

These are all the side effects of a Keto diet, especially the headache. Your gut has gone into a stressed state.Did you introduce it slowly? That is the best way.
Persevere with a normal diet now with lots of fibre in things like fresh fruit, vegetables, wholemeal bread.
Drink plenty of water to help your bowel get back to normal.
You may need a mild laxative like Fybogel, psyllium husk, which you can buy OTC.
Did you tell your doctor you had been on the Keto diet?If your problems persist you may need more help from him/her, in the way of laxatives.
If you dont get much exercise, try brisk walking for 20 minutes per day.
Sounds like you are basically OK but your gut is crying out for a bit of TLC.
