I have stomach problems for 9 years now. I am 16. I have been to numerous doctors and they have no idea what is going on or they say in faking. I am currently going to a new doctor but he doesn't know where to start bc every time I go back I have a symptom. My symptom currently are: Blood in still Hurts-around belly button but the whole stomach area hurts- My hair falls out alot(not sure if it's a symptom) - I stay with headaches - I am always sick- I always have ulcers in my mouth. I have been diagnose with h-Plyori but they don't think it's that bothering me now. It is getting worse. It wakes me up every night. I can just be sitting down and it will hurt for no reason. I have been tested for like chrons and all that. So I am thinking that I may have something rare bc they never thought of that. Can somebody list some rare or even some common diseases that I may have can be useful for my next doctor appointment. Thanks

My guess is that your stomach doesn't like something you eat. Wheat maybe, I know that gluten can drag stuff into the blood stream hence ulcers and headaches. Or dairy foods or sugar. So start n

by NOT EATING any wheat, gluten at all -ZERO for a few days.

IMPORTANT - write down everything - time you ate it, amounts of what you ate, then symptoms felt after 2 or 3 hours. You need to become a proper record keeper - in detail. In a good hard back note book. It's the only way. You cannot just "remember" these details.

Also try to get a bold sugar kit, and record sugar levels before and after eating.

Hi sorry to hear you have such pain, my father had H pylori which was really painful it makes alot of acid and causes stomach ulcers, he had to have anti acid stuff and proton-pump inhibitors, so i hope it isn't that in your case.

Honestly I have already tried proton-pump Inhibitors. They had me that on about 7 years and it helped a little but not much.

Hi have they tested you for an auto immune syndrome - could have Thyroid problems blood tests will show this up and then you just need 1 little tablet everyday - Thyroid is a hormone and if it's either underactive or overactive can play havoc with all sorts of things in your body. Have you been tested for Diabetes? Have you had a colonoscopy - Camera inside your bowel/intestines this will show up all sorts of problems - are you stressed about anything?

I have not be tested for either one nor had a colonoscopy. In the past to the other. doctors they seemed that i didn't need one but my new doctor who I've been going to for a few months is doing one and another upper gi on the 20th of this month but I will ask him to test me on those.

Can you tell me exactly what is auto immune diease? I read H-Plyori is where you could get it from. Stomach problems doesn't run in my family but colon cancer does and so does diabetes.

There are many forms of auto immune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohnes disease, Thyroid problems, Lupus, - I have sjorgrens syndrome. I had no idea what this was I was suddenly unable to swallow anything solid for 4 months - after much testing and many specialist visits I was finally diagnosed - your cells attack your own body because they think something is wrong - and it isn't. Once you have an autoimmune disease it cannot be cured - just managed usually under the care of a Rheumatologist. I couldn't swallow because I wasn't producing enough Saliva - now I'm managing because I know what it is. The more I didn't know what was wrong the more I worried, the more you worry the worse the symptoms get. Do try and get some counselling or some relaxation techniques - ie Yoga, Tai Chi - it will help with the worry. Hope you get some positive results soon so you can move forward.
