Hi Robert.  Try eating smaller meals and don't eat too much late in the day. A good idea to ask your doctor in case there's a blockage somewhere. 

Yep. Don't eat late in the evening, that's just - at least - asking for ghastly reflux later in the night

Hi Robert, I am a carer for my Husband, who has got exactly the same thing. Hes got an ulcer at the top of his stomach. He is on Omprazole 20 mg twice a day. He also has been on a rattle of meds for Osteo arthritis. over the years. I am trying to cut him down. He has had an endescope & a colonoscopy.But all is showing clear.But he is awaiting results. I just pray its nothing else. He also smokes, but again has cut this down.What ever he eats just goes straight through him. We dont eat late at night. He is full of wind, & each morning I can tell if hes has the runs. !! Hes also got Aneamia through this. Regards Amanda
