Stomach pain since July 2023

Hi All

I have been having a stomach problem, it developed in July.

The symptoms are like a cramping, dull aches. I have noticed they come up badly when driving, but also sporadically, mainly the horizontal line where my belly button is, but can also be on my lower right side IE near gallbladder and centre just above the belly button. It calms down a bit when not driving. Diarrhoea has been rare overall, but can happen sometimes.

I have seen GP twice (different doctors, you never see the same one twice now in the UK), they say possible IBS, but I have taken out coffee and Lactose, stool test and bloods came back fine, so they of the opinion it’s nothing serious. Sadly when it’s nothing serious, ok a relief, but still causes you discomfort and pain things, then things move slowly with the GP. They reluctant to send me for a stomach scan or referral to the appropriate specialist department.

I had no stomach issues in the past prior, but thought it would just cleared up by now, it’s does fill like when I am using my stomach muscles that can make it worse, as it’s much better in the morning when I wake up.

I just wondered if anyone else had these issues, pain sporadically when comes on, is around say 5 out of 10, (with 10 being the most pain). Is there any supplement or alternative medicines to try, as part of self help?

Thanks
