stomach pains

just had mri that shows nothing except 2 cysts in liver,can this be cause me so much pain on right sidw tummy down to my groin ,hurts so much and sometimes cant lay down ,,,or walk help

    Your stomach is quite high up more toward the left side of your abdomen, so pain on the right is probably not related to your stomach.

    Pain low on the right side is nearer to your appendix.  Have you been checked for symptoms of appendicitis?  

    Pain in the upper right abdomen that spreads to the right upper back and right shoulder and chest area can signify gallstones.

    Sudden pain in the upper section of the stomach after meals is a sign of pancreatitis.

    Pain in the lower abdomen area could be a symptom of pelvic inflammatory disease.

      yes had mri says nothing but 2 cysts in liver ,i had dermoid tumor removed 3yrs ago,and cysts from bowel n womb also removed,the pain is the top right and goes down the whole right side cause pain ,i am seeing someone 6th april if i can last as pain is 10/10 most times thanks

      oh and both ovaries taken 3 yrs ago,and had liver desease when i was 15yrs thanks smile
