Stomach, Poop, and Stress Troubles or Something More?

All my life I have had to deal with constipation problems, which is having trouble going poop. Now that I am almost 30 this year in the fall. This week I've noticed some issues at hand here and not sure what to think of them.
Starting this last weekend on June 10th Saturday all the way until today June 14th and still going, I've noticed my stomach hurting really bad, on the lower right side. It hurts when I bend, move, sit, even if I laugh or talk sometimes.
I read up on the symptoms for appendicitis, and I don't have any except the pain hurting. I am not throwing up, no fever, no loss of appetite nothing like that. So I am guessing it is probably me being constipated.
I was able to go poop three times this week, June 10th, 11th, and 13th. But even after pooping my stomach still hurt like it has been. I've taken some stool softeners, eaten oatmeal in the morning, as well as taken some fiber gummy bears.
Yet with each new day my stomach hurts this way and this Friday I have a concert to attend and I am afraid what if I go and my stomach still hurts this bad that I don't get to have a good time at it.
Another thing is that my period is coming up for this month, last month I got my period on May 18th so MAYBE this is all revolving around my period? I also tend to get stressed out a bit, as well as suffer from anxiety and depression, DO NOT TAKE ANY MEDICATION for those either!
I don't know what to do or think. I DO NOT want to go to the doctors and have them tell me bad news, of any kind but have a feeling I may have too. What do you think is wrong with me?

Hi: Sorry to know of your distress. You might want to have your gall bladder checked. I had similar symptoms under my right rib case and ultrasound showed stones. I had it removed. I was told that stones are common in some people and that it is best to have the organ removed (especially if it's causing pain) before an emergency attack. Do some research on net to see if your symptoms match. The body seems to function without the gall bladder; altho, I do have to watch fat intake. Just a thot. Hope you feel better very soon.

The lower right part of your abdomen is where your large and small intestines join and it is common for stool and gas to get stuck here. Try massaging the area- it helps move things along.
Also you said you suffer from constipation but you've been almost every day this week, so you're not constipated. You could simply have pulled a stomach muscle.

Thanks for all your replies, I tried responding to you individually but could not for some reason.
Anyway my stomach isn't hurting as much as it was this morning. I just know it is probably me being stopped up with poop and my period coming. If it was something much more serious I would be ten times more ill wouldn't I?

IBS and periods? The combination from HELL no doctor advises you of, eat what you want then and what you can tolerate, I look 9 months pregnant when I clearly am not and at some point during my last lot of counselling I was asked if I was pregnant by the counsellor that I had been seeing for a while and said ' the opposite' and disolved into tears! I have never felt so bad - watch out going through the peri-menopause makes you flood too, oops that's enough, sorry! Try dark chocolate - it's the thing that stops you feeling completely like RUBBISH!
