He cant eat for a couple of days becuase of the stomach pain and he will vomit up a cup of tea? He has not lost wait which is a miracle and only ever passed a little fresh blood from his anus never dark blood - but he wont go to the doctors and I am so worried I just wondered if anyone could give me an idea - I think maybe IBS but am worried aboutt he severity of the pain and the vomiting? thanks

You should get your husband to the doctor as soon as possible.
These are not signs of IBS.
He will need to have some tests done .do not leave this much longer.
Passing blood in urine is something that needs expert investigations,a urine sample will be taken straight away from the doctor and tested there and then,he maybe told to go straight to hospital.I know you say he will not go to the doctors but i think you need to lay the law down to him as he should not be making you worry like this. x

This is certainly the time for your husband to visit his GP. If he won't go then you should see your GP, explain that you are very worried and list all the symptoms you have seen in your husband.
It is generally recognised that the following symptoms require a vist to the GP.
1) Vomiting blood or black material like coffee granules.
2) Passing dark blood in your stools.
3) Blood mixed in with your stools
4) Passing black tarry stools.
5) Losing weight or going off your food for no reason.
6) A recent change in your bowel habits especially towards looser stools.
You can now decide !
Best wishes
