Stomach problems, some help needed

Hi and thank you in advance for your help. Here is my story, I am 60 years old and I started feeling generally unwell at the beginning of March, by mid March my normal acid reflux had got much worse, Gp thought omeprazole may have stopped working so changed to lansoprazole. Shortly after i developed burning stomach pain but could not get endoscopy due to Covid issues. Pain changed to localised upper left abdomen and reflux did not get any better. I lost my appetite and a few pounds in weight, i have also noticed that my left ribs are sticking out a bit more. After many telephone consults and 2 rounds of blood tests including pancreatic enzymes (all normal) i have just had an upper endoscopy which showed nothing. All symptoms remain plus I am now quite nauseated and have a very dry mouth, I now think it may be pancreatic cancer at worst and chronic pancreatitis at best and am waiting for a CT scan so my anxiety is off the scale. i know that you can't diagnose but do any of you knowledgable people think that my symptoms are indicative of either of these conditions, many thanks.

    Hi there,

I am also at my wits end. I have pain under ribs left side and into my back. All my bloods are fine. I have IBS symptoms too.

I'm wondering if you got any answers.

I don't know what to do next.

    Thanks

    Julie
