Stomach wall pain

Hey everyone sometimes I get a really sore pain when I tense my stomach and push in feels like little sores under the skin anyone else get this ? Could it be muscle related

    If those little sores itch you need to take hot showers followed by moisturizing cream.

      Thay don't itch there's not any signs of sores on the top of the skin it's under it when i press on or around them feels like a sharp sort of pain I think it's the tissue becuase it also feels bumpy thanks for your reply 😀

    You have lymp nodes all over your body, anytime they swell up, could be a infection close by, you really need to have this checked by a Doctor.
