The constipation started around end of 2017. My stomach starts to accumulate poop. I only have a bowel movement when it accumulates very much but I was still able to empty my stomach back then. The cycle continues and then around May, due to some life stress, I was unable to empty my stomach anymore. The poop accumulates then I have a few bowel movements down to the very last part that is somehow stuck in my lower part of the stomach (right below the belly button). Sometimes it accumulates very much and I am super bloated and can't even sleep properly. This gotten better with laxatives and probiotics and eating better but I still cannot empty my stomach. I go have a few bowel movements then it starts to accumulates again. And also I am allergic to kiwi since the constipation with severe stomach pain immediately after eating.
Anyone know how can I empty my stomach?

Try laxatives and lots of fruit and try a food diary to find out what foods irritate you since you have pain after eating. Basically, if laxatives, probiotics and diet help your constipation, keep doing what you are doing. If you still have a backed up bowel after this, see your doctor for advice.
I started with persistent constipation that cleared one week but would come back the following week and the cycle would repeat. Then all over abdominal pain started that moved about followed by back pain, nausea and loose stools. After three and a half months I was diagnosed with IBS and my doctor identified that stress and anxiety was the trigger when I had been unable to identify it myself.

I been to doctors, they gave me the laxatives and I was suggested by colonoscopy by intestine specialists but they didn't even bother to look at my stomach. I was like you for the first few months, the cycle repeat, takes a few days-a week to clear. Then life stress got me and it just won't clear no matter what. I happen to be allergic to kiwi after constant constipation. I just read kiwi extends the region around the ileum region. So I think there's something wrong with my ileum due to many years of bad sitting posture and I might have damaged my small intestines. Since I feel the stool is stuck around my belly button and it's swollen.

A colonoscopy as suggested by your specialist would help to establish what is going on with your bowel. Concentrate on this test first before considering your stomach. Let your doctor decide what if anything is wrong with your ileum. You will get more answers there rather than googling your symptoms. Googling symptoms will cause you anxiety and gives general information only and may give an accurate picture of your individual symptoms.

A radiology scan should determine the cause.

Yes, that's what I was thinking of. A Cat scan of the stomach or entire body might as well. But I don't know if my insurance will cover it. The reason I don't want to take the colonoscopy test is because I cannot empty my stomach/intestines and the test requires you to empty your colon. And also the doctors never mentioned anything about the costs of the surgery to me.
Yes, I have already seen several doctors.

All you have to do is call your insurance company and ask. Most do cover when referred by a doctor. Ask if there is a deductible.
