Stomache Ache - Even after passing stool?

Been having slight stomache ache and sometimes hear my stomache make popping and rumbling sounds.

When I am able to pass a stool, the stool is some parts solid and rest is soft mush consistency and abit sticky. Even after passing the stool. My stomache will still ache on and off. Been about 2 days now and still same problem.

Anyone know what is causing this or what is wrong with me? 😦
