Stopped drinking water. Problems disappeared!

I had indigestion, gas, bloating, constipation, fatigue, depression, pale skin and weight loss due to malnutrition. I thought i had leaky gut, IBD , candinda. All experts tell us to drink 3-4 liters of water everyday or else we will be dehydrated and we will die.
But water is a dehydrant. By definition, in order to hydrate, water has to enter the cell. In order for something to enter the cell, insulin is needed. Water doesn't trigger insulin, which is why people are told to drink it to lose weight. Water needs to be bound to other nutrients to enter the cell, as it would be in meat (20% water), vegetables, fruit, milk, squeezed juices from veggies & fruit. If water somehow enters the cell on it's own, it will dehydrate it. Water accumulates in glycogen stores and the skin, which both together cause bloating.
So my problems were solved when i stopped drinking water and replaced it with fruit juices and milk. I used to pee 15 times daily and sweat like a pig. Now i go 3-4 times and the color of my urine is yellow and not like water.

I have to disagree here. First, increasing fruit juices, and milk, increases calories, and your body needs water. Yes, you pee a lot, but it is flushing out a lot of impurities in your system. I suffered for many years, and I mean suffered, but I was not much of a water drinker. I have increased my water intake a lot, as well as my fiber, my fruits and veggies in whole form, and also have been talking Triphala, which has made a world of difference in my bowel function, and I feel amazing. So, please don't think not drinking water is healthy. It is not.

This is absolute rubbish. Water is very important for your body. You don't have to only drink plain water as you can get fluid from other sources, but hydration is essential. Maybe you were overhydrating, as 4 litres is excessive unless you live in a very hot country or are very active.
And you are SUPPOSED to urinate multiple times a day and it should be clear or straw coloured.

Probably what has happened is that you were drinking too much water and that is why you were getting symptoms. Experts can be wrong. The amount they are recommending may help some people but not others because everyone is different. They are suggesting a one size fits all approach which doesn't always work. Some water should be taken, however, the amount depends very much on the individual's needs. I have very mild IBS and I do not take the recommended amount of water and I still feel great. Fruit alone helps my IBS constipation. Stick to what works for you.
The other thing is tap water is full of chemicals and bottled water may also pick up the chemicals in the plastic container. If you are drinking a lot of water from both these sources, you may well get a reaction from these chemicals. The motto here is a happy medium. Too much water can make you feel bloated and nauseated.
