Stopped Flouxetine for 6 days

Hi, i was on flouxetine for 4 weeks for

my anxiety and started feeling better but then due to my ears was feeling full and don't go away , thought it is ototoxicity due to medication ad scared of damaging my ears, i stopped taking it for 6 days. Then i decided to take it again after I realized i should have not stopped it coz anxiety is coming back. I am on my day 3 again. Does that mean to wait another 4-6 weeks again to feel better? So far i don't feel much side effects like the first time except that i feel the anxiety more often than before.
