Stopped Sertraline 6 days ago, still having side effects

so after being prescribed Sertraline for what id say was mild anxiety, i decided after 6 days on 25mg i would just stop, the side effects from the sertraline where horrendous, constant panic attacks and a horrible anxious feeling non stop

before the sertraline id had no panic attacks and like i said mild anxious for maybe a day or so a month.

so its been 6 days now since my last pill and i'm feeling much better but still suffering from panic attacks

has anyone been in a similar situation? or know how ling until i feel back to normal i'm terrified i will feel like this forever
