I feel really good, sleeping better, eating, no headaches or shaking.

I know not everyone is the same while taking medication but these really didnt agree with me and I am so happy that I stopped taking it as was making me feel dreadful.

Amen to that, comming of them last four days reducing, have about another 10 days to go and don't feel any better yet. Probably won't for a while. Never have I put a drug in my mouth that made me feel worse, anxiety, dry mouth, bowel and abdomen tension and a mix of constipation and loose movements. It may work for some but not me

Hi Maureen, I'm curious, did you have the horrific symptoms hit you at about 3 months out?  A lot of people will feel great for the first 2 or 3 months after jumping off but then get slammed with emotional symptoms that have everyone thinking they have relapsed!  Usually they are much more severe than anything experienced before, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

I had terrible gas, and heart burn for a couple months, brain zaps, then crying and depression set in.  Oh Yes, my good Dr. said it was depresson/anxiety returning,, such crap it was withdrawals. I fell for that story before due to vulnerability but this time said NO I'm done with this crap. I went on it for seasonal effective disorder, but felt worse on it.   I found this site and realized others were suffering as well many moths out, so knew then I wasn't going crazy!  Most Drs. have never taken these drugs, so how would they know, but for what their medical journals relate.  Everyone reacts differently to these meds., they were not for me!.

Good for you for getting informed and taking the reins! Now, please help me educate folks in this boat so that they don't end up poly - drugged after deemed "relapsed, " and led to believe they must be drugged for life! It is the drug itself that makes people stay on after failed attempts to get off, and Big Pharmacy just loves it! $$$

So True Betsy!  People have to take a stand they know their bodies.  However, when you''ree vulnerable and feel lousy you tend to trust the Drs.
