Stopped smoking

Hi i am using the 24 hour patches stage 2 and nicorette inhalator 15mg i have quit smoking approx 12 weeks ago, i have coughed up all the tar now but the problem i have is that the inhalator as caused me to start coughing up yellow thick sticky phlegm. I was just told your not supposed to inhale the inhalator like you do a cigarette, but i have for the last 12 weeks been using them like cigarettes and been inhaling them. Is there anything i can do to get this yellow sticky substance up quicker and should i stop using the inhalators.

    Hi Sharon,not sure whats wrong but would stop inhaling ,until you find out what the yellow stuff is .Im still trying to quit and finding i slip back on the cigs .Upwards and onwards,good luck.Peter.
