Ice, elevate and rest. My leg was bent at 45 degrees for 20 weeks post op LTKR. I found a new physical therapist who did hands on therapy - mobilizations, assisted stretching, Gua Sha Tool with magnesium lotion to break up scar tissue behind my knee. Massage therapy once a week to help stretch and relax leg muscles. Epsom salt baths to do stretching exercises in very warm water. Leg warmers to keep muscles from getting stiff from cold and now that it's winter time, I found sitting in front of a portable heater makes it easier to do straight leg lifts and heel slides. By 28 weeks my extension was -15, now 9 months post op extension is -4 ( PT believes I will get down to 0) and flexion 110 on my own. I avoided surgery and now my left leg is stronger than the right knee which will be replaced in August. Best wishes for continued healing.

Maybe try resting your heel on a cushion on a footstool or coffee table & let gravity pull your leg down, if you combine with putting an ice bag or frozen peas on the knee, you'll do 2 things at once!

Another to try is lying face down on your bed, with your thighs on the bed & your lower legs over the side, again gravity will help pull the leg down.  Just adjust your position so that you feel the pull without causing pain as such!
