The only way to relax is with music and squatting while taking a dump. Make sure you can hold onto something for balance, do not sit on the toilet at all use foil paper instead of a toilet bowl if you have to. This very simple method completely solves that issue.

In order for the fissure to heal you need Nitroglycerine cream you apply it with Qtips after a BM every morning make sure you stick it inside your arse but not too much like an inch and a half and try to rub it in with the Qtips direct on the fissure itself. Also do it at nights 12 hours later before you sleep.

Do this for 2 months and the fissure will be gone.

This very simple method will heal the fissure, I had an impossible to heal fissure torn very very badly 5 months now and this method has improved me 80% which is a huge amount.

I still pass HARD stool and laxatives do nothing for me, and even with hard stool every day my fissure is healing and no blood. I also believe Anti Biotics will help greatly along with the Nitro see if you can get 1 course from your doctor.

Sitz Bath are nearly worthless, my fissure started healing after I stopped doing Sitz Bath so I dunno what to say about that.

Another thing that will greatly heal your fissure is 1 hour running daily or 2 hours brisk walking and drinking Tumeric Tea.

Drink no milk and no sugar, eat no flour and no rice and no oats. Oats bulk up and clog you up easily just like flour. Olive oil is up to you it can lubricate the stool. Eat peas, beans and stay away from nuts or pop corn unless you are 100% sure the pop corn is popped 100%. If you have diabetes you need Metformin try to get quality ones your sugar needs to be as low as possible, this was one of my issues actually. Drink an insane amount of water and get prune juice.

This will 100% heal your fissure just remember you need to do this for 6 weeks to see any kind of big progress.

Good advice John, what you write does work, but takes time. I know, I've been there.
