ive had this strange little bump near my armpit since the end of August. its not painful just always looks really red, its getting bigger every week and is growing up rather than under my skin if that makes sense. anyone any ideas im currently waiting for a dermatologist appointment and the gp has seen and just said it doesnt look sinister

It could be just about anything but as it doesnt itch or bleed or crust your GP is probably correct. However your GP has done the absolutely correct thing by referring you to a dermatologist.
